Mortgage Loan Processor (In-Office)

Premier Loans is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team in Aventura, Florida. This is an in-office position (not remote). The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a pipeline while delivering excellent service to borrowers, loan officers, and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Request and track required documentation from borrowers, loan officers, and third parties.
• Calculate and verify income, assets, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare complete files for underwriting submission.
• Work with underwriters to satisfy approval conditions.
• Coordinate with borrowers, real estate agents, title companies, insurance agents, and other parties to keep loans on schedule.
• Monitor contract deadlines, rate lock expirations, and closing dates.
• Maintain accurate loan records in Encompass.
• Provide prompt, professional communication throughout the loan process.
• Assist with post-closing or investor documentation when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage loan processing experience.
• Experience processing Conventional, FHA, and VA loans.
• Working knowledge of mortgage guidelines and documentation requirements.
• Experience with Encompass is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
