Position Description
Lending Tree’s local purchase and refinance lender for the Greater Milwaukee area is looking for two sales professionals who want to improve their lives by helping others improve theirs. Your ability to motivate or influence others is what will help you to succeed, so if this is where you excel then this is the job for you. Mortgage experience is preferred, but we will train the right person. Travel to Kansas City may be required.

What We Are Looking For:
This candidate must be motivated and enthusiastic. You will be responsible for interviewing applicants for loans, gathering background information, analyzing loan applicant’s credit history and maintaining complete compliance in accordance with federal disclosure requirements. Some evenings will be required in order to reach or meet with customers. You will be required to pass a background check and become licensed with the State of Wisconsin thru education and testing. The preferred candidate will have a stable employment history.
