AMERICAN NATIONWIDE MORTGAGE is seeking one qualified mortgage loan processor to process Conventional and FHA loans for 4 very experienced loan originators. Job responsibilities are to:

-print RESPA’s for intitial signing after the LO inputs all info in the LOS
-order payoffs, title, VO’s, etc. (after LO hands the complete signed file over to processor)
-provide the LO a copy of everything that is ordered within 24 hours of arrival
-run DU/LP findings (LO will know initially if the loan will be approved/accept)Â
-submit the complete loan file to underwriting via scanning and uploading into the respective lenders web site
-upon receipt of initial “approval with conditions” order the homeowners insurance in the lenders name
-brief the LO on the conditions and have him/her obtain any conditions that require customer contact
-gather any conditions that do not require customer contact
-submit all conditions to the lender for final approval
-request a fee sheet from the LO (LO will fill in fees and processor will fill in company info, etc.)
-schedule closing with title company (LO will schedule with customer)
-after file funds break down for compliance
-create monthly production reports using excell spread sheet
-file loans and do common clerical work
