RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process mortgage loans. Review loans to ensure completeness of loan documentation. Interface with closing agents, third parties and customers regarding loan program requirements and preparation necessary for closing. Ensure adherence to and compliance with company, insurance and government guarantee specifications on all types of loans. Keep informed of company and investor policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
AA Degree plus 1 year experience or High School diploma and 3 years experience as a Loan Processor. Thorough understanding of all processing functions, with ability to step into any processing role at management request. In depth knowledge of underwriting criteria and loan application systems. Experience in training and or supervising employees preferred. Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm
