This amazing position is for an EXPERIENCED processor who is willing to work 100% on commission BUT could make an income of up to $80,000. AGAIN, PLEASE NOTE, THIS POSITION IS 100% COMMISSION.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. You will be part of a 5 person team, consisting of a Sr Loan Officer, Processor, Marketing Rep, Customer Retention Rep and the Owner of the Mortgage company

2. Each member of the team will be paid a flat commission rate based on the monthly revenue produced by the entire team

3. Various marketing methods will be used to produce leads and a significant marketing budget will be allocated per month

4. As the team processor, you will process all loans generated from leads produced by any member of the team

Requirements
1. Minimum 7 Years Mortgage Processing experience

2. Minimum 3 Years FHA Processing experience

3. Able to take a loan from application to closing if needed

4. Must be an excellent problem solver

5. Must be able to assist Loan Officer in placing loans when needed
