With interest rates dropping to an all-time low, our clients are looking for experienced mortgage professionals to handle the growing demand for refinancing and other mortgage services. Our clients are located in the St Louis and O’fallon, MO areas.
Adecco can connect qualified mortgage specialists with top companies on a part-time or permanent basis. Right now, we have the following opportunities:
* Loan Processing Specialist - Level II
2+ years experience in mortgage processing is required. Must have Government Lending experience - FHA/VA. HS diploma or equivalent and college degree preferred.
* Loan Processing Specialist - Level III
Minimum of 4 years mortgage processing experience required with Government Lending experience - FHA/VA. Must have worked in the mortgage industry within the last 3 years.
* Loan Document Processor
Must have mortgage knowledge and be familiar with mortgage documents.
* Title Examiner
Abstract and analyze deeds, deeds of trust/mortgages, judgments, tax assessments, and other applicable instruments. Review issues of moderate to advanced complexity to determine the status of title or recommendation for further risk assessment. Demonstrated proofreading skills, plotting of metes and bounds legal descriptions a plus but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of operational procedures for the processing and delivery of electronic title and insurance products; ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and to work independently; and the ability to work well in a high-stress environment. 1-3 years title review experience a must!
