Duties:
* Responsible for underwriting all types of assigned residential loans.
* Reviews and analyzes income, assets, credit and property appraisals and other various documentation associated with loan application.
* Maintains customer confidence by keeping application information confidential.
* Underwrites loans in accordance with bank, investor, government and private mortgage insurance guidelines.
Qualifications:
Underwriting authority of a minimum of 3 years, FNMA and Government loans, Automated loan tracking system, FNMA Desktop, attention to detail and customer service skills.
