The right candidate will underwrite conventional loans in compliance with FNMA, FHLMC and investors guidelines. Also assist and underwrite FHA loans. Will utilize AU engines and manual loan approval analysis and evaluation. Will monitor, coordinate and assist with all lending aspects from initial loan approval to the closing point. This is a multitask position, with the unlimited potential growth.
