Duties and QualificationsÂ

Underwrite all product type to include conventional conforming and non-conforming product mix to include niche products. Underwrite all government product mix to include FHA, VA, bond, and Rural housing products. Provide support to both internal and external customers to include working the underwriting help desk que.

Requirements

Incumbents will typically possess 5 or more years of mortgage loan underwriting experience and be responsible for mortgage loans of the most complex nature including conventional, FHA and VA, bond/housing authority, and non-conforming loans.  Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to make tough second tier business decisions.
