Experienced FHA Underwriters needed, must have solid background in Underwriting FHA loans as well as Conventional loans for a high volume lender. Position requires full knowledge of working with internal lender guidelines and many other investors own guidelines as well. Position requires the ability to answer and assist Loan Officer’s and Branch Manager’s with different loan scenarios. High pace and accuracy a must while maintaining an acceptable turntime for Underwriting of all files.
