The ideal candidate will possess the following:
A Positive “Can Do” attitude
Strong Work Ethic
In depth knowledge of Rural Housing and condominium financing
2 years experience with FHA DE, VA LAPP, VA SARS designations required
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Calyx Point
Will underwrite FHA, VA, Rural Housing and conventional loans
