Nations Home Mortgage has over 10 years experience with FHA underwriting.

We are in search of an additional EXPERIENCED FHA UNDERWRITER to enhance our current staff of FHA UNDERWRITERS as we are seeing increased volume due to contraction in the mortgage industry.

1.This position REQUIRES that you have direct endorsement experience in the last two years as an FHA UNDERWRITER. (No exceptions will be made)

2. HECM experience is a plus but not a requirement. Conventional underwriting experience is a plus as well.

3.Compensation is commensurate with experience with strong salary + volume bonus. Benifits include Health, Prescription, Day Care, Dental, AFLAC supplimental benefits, and 401K.
