CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITES:

1) Manage and grow existing account base by developing a complete understanding of account organizational structure and buying behavior.

2) Follow up qualified leads. Develop new mortgage business from a combination of in-bound, and follow-up sources.

IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS:

- 5 Years Prior Mortgage Experience.Â

- History of Exceeding Sales Goals.

- Excellent Phone Skills.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- Must supply office equipment (computer, phone, internet, paper, etc.).

- Must Have a Fully Equiped Home Office.

- Will Be Paid as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

- $10 Per Hour + 5% Commission after daily 5 minimum quota is met (increases 2.5% every 6 months; 10% cap)
