PROCESSING MANAGER

Adobe Financial Corporation is looking for a great Processing Manager! They will function as a departmental leader and must be very comfortable working within an electronic environment. They will be in charge of training, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, assigning/overseeing the work of processors, as well as processing loans themselves. They will create and implement systems to improve processes as needed. They will provide strong work direction to a team of 1-2. The Processing Manager will be directly responsible for the accomplishment of departmental objectives. They need to identify and anticipate problems and critical issues, and implement solutions. Must be even-tempered and able to get along with others, yet focused on productivity and goals. The Processing Manager will serve as an advisor to management, and provide bi-weekly reports of departmental production. This person is key to our company’s production and revenue. Must meet performance standards and goals set by management.

• Must have current or recent processing experience with a MORTGAGE BROKER
• Very strong leadership skills
• Creative thinker who is very organized and very focused
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong follow up skills
• 4+ years of processing experience (underwriting experience in addition is a plus)
• 1+ years supervisor or management experience
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of Point and Point Central
• Thorough knowledge of FHA and VA loan processing
• Strong understanding of current RESPA rules
• Strong knowledge of how to do business with prominent mortgage lenders and their diverse platforms
• IT knowledge and understanding of electronic storage and interfacing with Point software
• Very strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Performance test will be part of interview process to verify knowledge & ability
