Position Purpose:

Mortgage Loan Officers for RBC Bank are responsible for selling mortgage programs and developing the market for the RBC Bank brand of banking.

Key Accountabilities:

- Cold calling and outside mortgage origination activities
- Creating and distributing marketing materials
- Development of proposals
- Leveraging network of sales activities with other RBC Bank departments - focusing on cross sales and joint calls
- New business development activities to contribute to 70% of active pipeline

Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience):

Outside Mortgage Loan Origination experience in market -
Knowledge of conforming and non conforming, FHA, VA, etc range of products.
