Description
Responsible for originating retail mortgage loans. Contact may be either telephonic or in-person. Can sell direct to customers or solicit customers indirectly through third parties such as builders/developers or realtors.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years commissioned Real Estate Financing sales experience with a proven, successful track record of loan origination and funding. An existing client base of real estate agents, builders, and other industry professionals is desired. This individual must demonstrate exceptional communication skills and be committed to delighting customers in every possible way. Bilingual language capabilities are a definite plus.
