People will be working as Closers.  Must have HUD experience. They will be working with the mortgage documents. Person must have closing experience.

Day to day duties include:

Transfer ownership from seller to buyer
Clear all title conditions ¿ search land titles for liens Research property to make sure that the title is transferable
Prepare all closing documents and make sure they are in order (each paper doc)
Give the documents, with instructions, to the title representative/real estate agent
Verify all escrow, HOA fees
Audit that the processor completed the entire package ¿ attention to detail
Make sure that the final settlement is possible

Skills needed include: excellent computer skills, customer service experience, mortgage experience, comfortable on the telephones (they will be contacting title companies and brokers), attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to navigate through different computer windows. Someone who has a background working with title companies would also do well in this area. They will be at the end of the morgage process, they will be sending the documents out to the title companies for the signatures and funding of the mortgage.
