Job Duties:
Provide loan processing and administrative support to a high volume loan originator in a fast paced deadline oriented environment.
Must have ability to work on multiple tasks and change priorities quickly as time sensitive needs arise. Must be a self-starter able to work independently with little immediate supervision. Must work well under stress.
Required:
Minimum of 1 year experience processing or closing mortgage loans. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred:
Working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA/VA guidelines. Experience working with Contour Loan Handler and or Encompass software is a plus.
