Mortgage Lenders of America is a privately owned mortgage company based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We are fully approved to do Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, Subprime and many other mortgage loan product.
Mortgage Lenders of America needs an experienced mortgage processor for its West Palm Beach location.
We offer a high compensation per file ($595/file), and will always have between 8-12 seasoned loan officers (minimum 3+ years experience) that will be providing files for the pipeline. We are a growing company in a difficult business environment and are looking for the right person!
Requirements
We are looking for a processor who has a minimum of 3 years of experience, and has significant experience with:
(1) a wholesale broker environment with multiple lenders
(2) Running AU at various lenders (DU/LP)
(3) Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines
(4) FHA guidelines
