You as a Residential Loan Sales Assistant will -
* Assist Mortgage Loan Originators in the development of new business opportunities through direct customer contact, marketing efforts to existing and previous customers, and sales initiatives to Realtors, builders, and other calling areas as assigned.
* Prepare sales information and presentations to generate leads for loan producers.
* Maintain customer databases and coordinate the loan application process.
You and your skills -
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Two to four years related experience, although experience in sales could substitute for mortgage experience
