• Acquire, analyze, and organize all necessary documents needed to redisclose a loan package. Knowledge of GFE, 1003, Tillable fees. Have an attention to details, excellent customer service skills.

• Performs other clerical and administrative functions.

You and your skills -

• High School Diploma or Educational Equivalent
• Seven to twenty-four months processing/closing or related mortgage banking experience
• Broad knowledge of multiple loan products and familiarity with branch regulatory and procedural operating guidelines
• Ability to interact with internal and external customers with diplomacy and tact in a team environment
• Capable of sustaining a case load of 30-45 files per month
