Position Description:
Mortgage Loan Processor. This is an experienced position, offering a highly competitive salary and benefits, at an innovative and fast growing mortgage banker.Â
Responsibilities:
Process loans for Conventional, FNMA and FHA borrowers. Ensure that all underwriting and compliance guidelines are administered respecting these programs.
Manage a pipeline of 50+ loans per month.
Review loan packages, 1003s and all other related documents. Review requirements for underwriting. Request and analyze appraisals, payoffs and additional important information. Structure loans in LOS.
Evaluate and prepare packages for underwriting submission.
Effectively and efficiently communicate with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, appraisal companies, attorneys and internal management team.
Make certain that all loans are complete and in compliance.
All employees have direct exposure to the CEO and other officers of the company.

Position Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year mortgage processing experience (see details in Description).
Proactive time-line communicator and manager a must.
Proficient using Encompass®, Genesis®, Loan Prospector® and Desktop Underwriter®.
Possess an inner-drive to succeed and be tenacious.
Sense of humor, works hard/plays hard
Takes pride in work and inspires others.
Bilingual a plus but not required
