Responsibilities:
Looking for a full time Loan Processor for a privately owned bank. This person will be responsible for residential and commercial loan portfolios. The Loan Processor will perform system and document quality control on loans certifying that all information is accurate and complete in accordance with federal and state mortgage lending regulations.
The Loan Processor must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a mortgage servicing department, preferably with bank experience. This person must be detail oriented and have excellent communication and customer service skills. The Loan Processor needs to be flexible and have the ability to adapt to and accept change, while working in a high volume environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary. Salary is commensurate on experience.Â
