Affinity Mortgage is seeking an experienced Loan Processor to become part of a creative, energetic “mortgage team” and growing company. Immediate hire as part-time with conversion to full-time effective May 1st!

Position requires:

Demonstrated ability to process pipeline of minimum 30 loans accurately from application to close

Minimum 1 full year of loan processing experience required

Dependable, able to analyze data

identify errors or missing documentation & initiate effective appropriate action to acquire/correct without prompting

Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with mortgage planners, clients, underwriters, title company, other staff, etc

Able to communicate timely, & accurately updates on status of loan process to all stakeholders (buyer, seller, realtors, mortgage planners)

Able to perform & verify accuracy of math calculations necessary to the processing/closing of the loan

All work is performed within compliance guidelines

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Calyix Point, Encompass or have the ability to acquire knowledge quickly
Base pay (DOE) plus bonus!
