Loan Processor Job - Middleton, WI - Posted 6/12/08

Jobing Description

Temp-to-hire Mortgage Loan Processor is needed on Madison’s west side! You will be maintaining policy manuals, counseling and pre-qualifying potential home buyers, taking applications, obtaining support documents, processing interest rates requests, assembling and printing submission documents and maintaining records of all loans in process. This is a full-time position working 8am-5pm with pay in the $35,000 range depending on experience.

Skills / Requirements

Qualifications include an Associate Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience, 3+ years mortgage lending experience with at least 18 months as a senior processor or loan originator, working knowledge of Freddie Mac and FHA/VA programs and private mortgage insurance requirements, effective written and oral communication skills, and proven computer skills.
