Loan Processor Job - Melville, NY - Posted 2/14/08

Description

Looking for experienced processor who can handle FHA,Subprime,Conventional Loans, reverse Mortgages. Must have effective communication skills and great sense of leadership. Able to review titles and appraisals, gather information in order to close loans, review W2’s and paystubs, Underwriting skills is a must. Shop deals with many different banks to find best scenerio for clients

Requirements

Review Titles, appraisals, W2’s
Great communication with bank reps and borrowers
Underwriting is a plus
Computer skills is a must
bilingual is a plus
