- Minimum 3 + years of solid processing experience knowledge in all aspects of FHA, VA and Conventional Loan processing
- Thorough understanding regarding evaluating appraisals, title reports, flood certifications, hazard insurance, income documentation, credit reports
- Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel and various automated programs
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Focus on Customer Service and Positive Attitude is A MUST
