You as a Mortgage Loan Processor will -
- Acquire, analyze, and organize all necessary documents needed to redisclose a loan package. Knowledge of GFE, 1003, Tillable fees. Have an attention to details, excellent customer service skills.
- Performs other clerical and administrative functions.
You and your skills -
- High School Diploma or Educational Equivalent
- 1-3 years processing and closing residential mortgage loans or related mortgage banking experience
- Broad knowledge of multiple loan products and familiarity with branch regulatory and procedural operating guidelines
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers with diplomacy and tact in a team environment
- Capable of sustaining a case load of 30-45 files per month
* Experience with FHA, VA, Fannie, Freddie etc.Your rewards-
