Immediate opening for an experienced LOAN PROCESSOR at a fast paced mortgage broker office located in the Heights.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least three (2) years of experience processing residential mortgage loans.
Self-starting professional with drive and determination to close 30+ loans per month.
- Superior customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent communication (written, oral, telephone).
Working knowledge of POINT, AUS and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and data in all communications.
- FHA and commercial experience a plus.
 Bilingual preferred but not a must.
DUTIES:
Validate and analyze current financial position of applicants and act as an underwriter determining the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
- Prepare and submit files to underwriting.
- Work with clients, loan officers and support staff to clear underwriting conditions and ensure the timely completion of each loan.
- Maintain excellent relationships with our clients, partners and vendors.
- Develop system knowledge and train other team members on how utilize different lenders tools.
This is a full time job with regular hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1 hour lunch.
