Processes conventional, FHA and FHA Reverse Mortgage real estate loans on a part time, contract basis. FHA or Reverse Mortgage experience helpful but not required with strong processing experience. This is a great opportunity to learn the only expanding area of the loan business.

Dept. of Real Estate Broker’s license and handles ONLY loans, loan servicing, in house escrow. Company also has it’s own portfolio of private money (hard money) loans.

Applicant will report to owner of company, Joffrey Long, who has been in the mortgage business in this area for 30 years.   Company has stayed in business through a high focus on constant training and learning, and adapting to the constantly changing mortgage industry.
