• Acquire, analyze, and organize all necessary documents needed to complete the processing of a mortgage loan application.
• Monitor the loan through closing in accordance with NCM policies and procedures.
• Set up and maintains mortgage loan files.
• Performs other clerical and administrative functions.

You and your skills -

• High School Diploma or Educational Equivalent
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with internal and external customers with diplomacy and tact in a team environment
• Capable of sustaining a case load of 25-30 files per month within 0-6 months
