Anaheim Hills mortgage company is looking for a full time mortgage loan processor.
Job description:
Responsible for processing mortgage loans. You will take the loans from submission through to funding. You will need to package each loan and submit them to the various lenders either electronically or by T-Box. You will be required to work with the loan officers to ensure that all documentation is obtained and submitted to the lenders. You will be required to maintain contact with the clients to keep them informed as to the progress of their loans. You will also work with Title and Escrow companies to ensure loans are funded as quickly as possible.
