Job description:

Mortgage Loan Originators are responsible for taking mortgage applications and qualifying prospective home buyers for the purchase or refinance of real estate. Developing referral contacts with realtors, builders, financial planners and professionals as well as with personal contacts. Maintaining knowledge of available loan products, procedures and underwriting guidelines. Ability to follow proven marketing plans along with communication with applicants and realtors in an efficient and professional manner. On site processing.

Additional requirements:

Loan Officer Registration with The Office of Financial and Insurance Regulations. Comply with S.A.F.E. Act requirements in 2010. Classes and testing centers are located through out Michigan.
