We are looking for Loan Officers with 3 years of A paper and/or Government loan origination experience.

Responsibilities:
Represent our company in the local community among Realtors, builders and other potential business partners by developing relationships with (and extracting referral business from) these accounts.
Advises customers on suitable loan programs, providing price quotes, performing thorough re-approvals or pre-qualifications, supplying fulfillment materials, etc.
Accepts/originates loan applications.
Obtains pertinent credit documentation.
Analyzes credit worthiness of accounts.
Provides all necessary disclosures and forms.
Assists in the credit-only file set-up process.
Initiates and maintains contact with brokers, Realtors, selling agents, etc.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Licensed in the state of GA
3 years of experience originating residential loan applications.
The proven ability to generate a minimum of 3 to 5 fundings per month.
Knowledge of the realtor/builder segment of the mortgage industry.
Thorough knowledge of conventional (conforming and non-conforming), FHA and VA loan products.
