Are you currently a seasoned WA State LO on a 100% split contract program with your large brokerage?

100% split contracts are a great way to go for seasoned loan officers, however many LOs are experiencing less than stellar daily broker performance. Here are a few questions to consider.

Are you on a 100% commission split contract with a large national brokerage?

With the brokerage contracting more than 1500+ LOs, are you truly valued, most likely not?
Can you physically speak to anyone from the brokerage on the phone or in person, or just by email?

If you get in a jam on a tough transaction, are you on your own?

Are you contracting with a brokerage that recently lost their lender relationship with Countrywide Home Loans and other lenders?

Does your brokerage claim to pay commissions in 48hrs after funding, are you left waiting 7-14 days for your commission checks to arrive by us mail?

Do you find yourself e mailing and hounding the payroll department to correct an inaccurate check or get the status of a late commission check?

Are the in house processors slow to get started on your file, do they really need your business?

With over 1500+ LOs, and so many wildcard LOs, does your brokerage over emphasize compliance issues?

On your large loan transactions you have from time to time, are you getting paid a 100% split or really only 90%?

Is your broker out selling the company daily on your behalf to provide you and your teammates deals?
