Requirements

Successful candidates for this position should be highly motivated, confident, assertive, a burning desire to succeed and be extremely entrepreneurial. Candidates must be self starting and capable of working efficiently in unstructured environments without direct supervision. Superalitive sales and communication skills are a must. Loan officers are expected to make six figures in the first year.

1 year mortgage experience is preferred and will consider other sales experience with a minimum of 2 years experience.
