Ideal Requirements for a Loan Officer
- Two to five years general sales experience and can demonstrate how that experience can transfer to mortgage origination
- documented track record of success in sales
- commissioned sales experience
- well-versed in consultative selling
- open to coaching and professional development
- bachelor’s degree
- proven ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in a professional setting, including superior computer skills
