Our account executives examine and place our clients applications for commerical capital loans, equipment leasing, and business lines of credit followed by accurate and timely closings and funding activities.
DUTIES
- Acquire client and gathers necessary information for loan application. Completes applications in a timely manner and inputs clients data into loan origination software.
- Prepares all necessary application documents and provides necessary state and federal disclosures to applicants.
- Schedules property appraisals, orders applicant credit reports, and other information pertinent to loan applicant’s request.
- Analyzes applicant’s financial status including personal financial statements and tax returns, credit, and property evaluation (P-L Statements, Rent Rolls, Service Debt Coverage, etc.) to determine eligibility of granting credit.
- Corresponds with client and lender to resolve questions regarding application information.
- Prepares loan package and facilitates negotiation with applicant according to establishment standards, such as fees, loan repayment options, and other credit terms.
- Assures timely loan closing and funding activities.
- Maintains steady pipline of potential client base through telemarketing and direct mailing.
- Identifies and analyzes potential loan markets to develop prospects for mortgage loans.
- Solicits potential business outside of the office from builders, business owners, and brokers.
- Promotes and cross-sells other products and services the firm offers as appropriate to each individual client.
- Provides loan data to support marketing and sales promotion programs.
- Represents the firm at mortgage and business related functions.
• Assists customers with inquiries and information requests, and resolves complaints relating to loan products and services offered.SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong sales skills
