Location: Administrative Service Center-Live Oak, TX

Description
The Loan Officer for Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union will be responsible for the origination of FHA and VA Mortgage loans in accordance with HUD and VA guidelines. Conduct initial prequalification interviews, send time sensitive mandated disclosures, and work closely with a loan processor and investors to prepare a complete loan package for closing.
Maintain and manage a pipeline of loans within an investors portal and CUSO system. Respond to phone inquiries from branches, members, and non-members. Coordinate closings with members /non- members, title companies and investors. Provide courteous, prompt and accurate service while cross selling credit union and CUSO products and services. Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5yrs FHA / VA Loan officer or processor experience utilizing Fannie Mae Desktop underwriter required.
Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Able to Multi-task in a fast paced paperless team environment
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Must be available to work Saturdays as needed
Must be able to pass the licensing requirements for the national Mortgage Licensing System and State of Texas Licensing.
