Job Description:

Accredited Home Lenders is looking for experienced Loan Officers! This position will be responsible for structuring and selling loan programs that meet the borrower’s wants, as well as guiding the loan, and borrower, through the origination process - leads will be provided. These positions will be located in our Irving, TX office.

Essential Job Functions:

Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls.
Evaluate and structure loan packages to address the wants and needs of the borrower.
Sell Loan Programs to borrowers that meet the borrower’s wants and needs.
Obtain required stipulations from borrower, guiding loans from origination through closing.
Maintain communication with customers on all programs and the status of loans.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications (Education and Experience):
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Knowledge of FHA and FNMA mortgage loan programs preferred.
One year of sales experience preferred.
Knowledge of pertinent federal, state, and local codes, laws, and regulations.
Entry-level Word skills.
Loan Origination Systems skills highly preferred.
