Taking inbound and making outbound sales calls to potential clients who may be interested in using our service to modify their existing mortgage terms with their current lender.
Analyzing property value, income and personal financial situation to determine the need for our service.
Analyzing collateral, credit, assets and income on modification submissions.
Making product decisions and using underwriting guidelines.
Prefer two years of real estate mortgage servicing or customer service experience (collections, loss mitigation, bankruptcy experience is a plus).
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess excellent verbal communication skills; be a goal oriented, dedicated professional who is highly motivated and a self-starter, as well as a strong decision maker.
Candidate must have strong organizational and analytical skills.
Some knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is a plus
Bilingual is a plus
At least 6 months of sales experience
