Job description: 

The primary responsibility is to originate residential mortgage loans, generate referral leads, and establish business relationships with referral sources, such as  realtors, dealers, builders, CPAs, attorneys, etc. The majority of the workweek will require substantial time spent outside of the office soliciting sales and  generating/maintaining contacts at customers’ and referral sources’ homes or places of business.  Must be able to manager own pipeline of business.
