What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking several Highly Paid and motivated Experienced Loan Originators looking for stability in our changing industry. The preferred applicant will have the ability to bring in their own portfolio of purchase and refinance residential mortgage loans . We will support your customers and provide you with even more in house generated FRESH leads from our marketing efforts .
This will allow you to close loans and build your portfolio in all of our States .
Arkansas , California , Colorado , Florida , Illinois , Indiana , Iowa , Kansas , Maryland , Michigan , Minnesota , Mississippi , Missouri , Ohio , Tennessee , Virginia , Wisconsin and Wyoming
Job Responsibilities:
Originate Residential Mortgage Loans -From in house leads, Purchase and Refinance. Develop referral sources for new leads Generate your own leads from your established customer database and referral network sources Pre-qualify customers for appropriate programs Present loan application to customers Gather necessary documentation from customers.
Job Qualifications:
2 or more years experience originating Residential Mortgage Loans Experience with A Paper and FHA/VA loans. Full background check will be done in order to comply with new OBRE regulations for Loan Originators in the State of Illinois
