Responsibilities:

Our Mortgage Loan Officers are responsible for the origination of residential refinances and purchases. Conducting initial pre-qualification interviews and preparing complete application package to submit to management for submission to our processing center.
Develop new business opportunities and sales leads by cultivating relationships with real-estate professionals, builders, etc.

  • Perform/create/utilize additional Transcontinental business development activities to increase sales and leads
  • Stay educated on local developments and trends in the real estate and mortgage industries to include all automated systems.
