Builder’s loan company in immediate need for experienced loan officer. We are affiliated with four different strong homebuilders in the Cincinnati market. The qualified candidate would be responsible for handling two of these homebuilders. Referrals are sent for people who have just written a contract to purchase or who are just about to write a contract. 80% of these referrals are qualified. It is up to you to simply close the deal! No cold calling. This job is strictly commissioned based, however, a person who has attention to detail, is good at communicating, and returns calls promptly could earn $75k plus per year. We are also both a licensed broker and are owned by a bank, so we have the best of both worlds. Commissions paid on all fees earned. Our company is delegated to underwrite for Fannie, Freddie, FHA and VA. There is an in house processor with over 17 years experience that would work with you. We are also a top lender for both Ohio bond loans and KHC.
Requirements
The qualified candidate will have experience in working with all types of mortgage loans including government. Attention to detail, strong communication skills and unrivaled follow up are essential to being successful at this position. Computer skills are a must. An Ohio and Kentucky license are strongly preferred. We are looking for this person to step in and start closing deals! Compensation is increased for outside referral business that you bring in and all commissions are paid on all fees including ancillary.
