Work Schedule : Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary)
Responsibilities
Assists the department manager with the administration of assistance requests from the branch system on active commercial problem loans, involving areas of foreclosure of real and personal property, bankruptcy, Small Business Administration (SBA) loans and other select account relationships assigned to the Loan Recovery Department by Credit Administration Division. Assist the department manager with the overall supervision and performance of all external attorneys and collection agencies.
Qualifications
• Minimum three years experience in commercial collection experience
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Good motivational skills and strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Knowledge of and adherence to Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Act, Bankruptcy Code, SBA collection rules and regulation, real estate and personal property foreclosure laws
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
