Land/Home Financial Services, Inc. is looking for qualified Loan Officers to join our FHA Call Center. Loan Officer Responsibilities include:
“Originating quality residential mortgage loans which correspond to current program and product parameters
“Participating in various business development activities by contacting potential or existing clients to develop new business or retain existing business.
“Meeting sales goals and objectives.
“Calling on existing and potential customers in order to retain existing accounts, as well as develop new accounts.
“Maximizing sales opportunities from Inbound and Outbound Leads through our Lead generation system.
Skills:
This position requires one or more of the following:
“4 Year College Degree
“4 Years General Sales Experience
“2 Years Mortgage Sales Experience
“Real Estate Salesperson License
