Job Description

Responsible for identifying, acquiring, and growing small business loan volume (sales) through new profitable small business relationships ($2MM to $20MM) that create value for the customer and yield loan commitments. This exciting position is ideal for someone skilled in assessing financial needs and proposing customized packages of financial products and services. The CLO partners with small business owners to find solutions, and effectively manages the loan process from origination through booking. Analyzes, structures, and negotiates credit requests based on risk and value of the relationship. Dynamic, fast-paced, goal oriented, sales environment. This position pays a base salary plus a highly leveraged incentive compensation plan.

Minimum Qualifications

3 years business-to-business/financial services sales. Proven track record as top sales performer. Working knowledge of interpretation of financial statements applied to business

Preferred Skills

Two years of credit underwriting and financial analysis experience. A college or university degree (finance major) is preferred. Bilingual skills a plus.
