Administrative Assistant / Mortgage Processing Experience
Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation, one of the nation’s largest privately held mortgage broker/banker is presently seeking an Administrative / Marketing Assistant to work with the branch manager at the Hollywood, FL location.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant position will be a personable, results oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills with a minimum of 2 - 3 years admin experience with mortgage processing experience.
Qualified candidates must have demonstrated real estate industry knowledge and some proven marketing background. Must have strong, articulate verbal communication skills, as well as excellent written communication skills.
Strong PC skills.
Excellent organizational and customer service skills necessary.
Must be detailed, pro-active, able to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner and have the ability to be a team player in assisting others.
Competitive compensation package available to the ideal candidate.
Base pay $30,000 plus commission and bonus.
